This unique California after-dinner wine is an exceptional blend of hand-selected California ports gently kissed with essences of natural dark chocolate. DECO is a silky smooth with rich, dark chocolate notes in the bouquet, followed by a silky smoothness on the palate. The dark chocolate essence creates a long, lingering chocolate finish.Zinfandel is King in the Cucamonga Valley (California). The grapes are old wine, dry farmed, head pruned, and produce world class ports. Grenache and Alicante Bouchet are also used in our blends. DUET is a classic after-dinner wine with a hint of natural hazelnut. This after-dinner sherry is nicely balanced and exceptionally smooth. It’s amber tones fill the glass giving a warm, nutty aroma in the air.DUET is a wonderful combination of after-dinner sherries from the Cucamunga Valley of California, then brought to Sonoma Valley Portworks Winery for final blending and the addition of natural hazelnut essence. This natural hazelnut finish completes the experience.The grape components in this sherry are the all important Golden Chassia with the addition of Mission, a varietal that came from Spain when the Jesuits and later the Franciscans came to California and Rose of Peru, a grape that closely resembles the Mission grape.
